WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Responsible for client service aspects as it relates to timely and quality fulfillment of client contract labor needs. Builds relationships with key decision makers and client enterprise.  Establishes and maintains professional rapport with the client.  Acts as key contact for MSP service for their assigned portfolio of business. Has oversight and gives direction to HealthTrust resources to obtain client objectives and assist in vendor performance objectives. Drives process evolution to consistently optimize service performance.

SUPERVISES: as assigned for portfolio support

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Key Liaison between HealthTrust MSP and client stakeholders
  • Conducts regular forecasting and planning meetings to proactively obtain client needs
  • Provides assigned resources adequate oversight, training and leadership to ensure they reach potential
  • Acts as the day-to-day escalation contact for assigned staff within the account
  • Designs and implements a team-results oriented culture, reinforcing collective results over individual results
  • Key contributor for monthly/quarterly reporting of the MSP on the various metrics that have been established for the program (MOR)
  • Oversees and maximizes use of Workforce 2.0 VMS technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high quality results
  • Accountable for Client Satisfaction as it relates to overall MSP service delivery
  • Supports the Program Director and/or Supplier Manager in the management of supplier relationships and key partnerships
  • Maintains privacy, confidentiality, security and integrity of traveler and organizational data
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
  • Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint Excel

EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years’ work experience, with four (4) years in service level industry and a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
