Sourcer - Contract

Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified contract Sourcer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
The Sourcer/Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Sourcer/Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Sourcing of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the Manager. The Sourcer/Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
• 2-3 years proven track record of success in sales/production recruiting environment, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with ATS/CMS systems
• Experience sourcing/recruiting for critical, hard to fill positions with a variety of operational support or clinical areas
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
• High level of proficiency with MS Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Intermediate to advanced computer skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
• A smart “go getter” aptitude who embraces continuous change
Must own reliable transportation with ability to travel to local events within region
