WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Responsible for client service aspects as it relates to timely and quality fulfillment of client contract needs. Builds relationships with key decision makers and client enterprise. Establishes and maintains professional rapport with the client. Acts as key contact for Managed Services and their assigned portfolio of business. Drives process evolution to consistently optimize service performance. Provides onboarding support by assisting Program Manager, Program Professionals, and hiring managers with the onboarding process.
